ibc003 Platform Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between ibc003 ("Platform", "we") and you as the user ("User", "you") regarding your use of the ibc003 online gambling platform, accessible at https://ibc003.one.

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the ibc003 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

To register and use ibc003 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibition issued by any relevant authority.
• Not an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an ibc003 employee.

Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Holding more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, email address and active bank account or e-wallet details. ibc003 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time, including a copy of your MyKad and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your login credentials — including your username and password — are kept secure and not shared with any party. Any activity that occurs under your account is entirely your responsibility.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered under the same user's name. ibc003 does not accept third-party payments. If the source of funds raises suspicion, ibc003 reserves the right to hold processing until further verification is completed.

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties or charges related to their winnings or transactions. ibc003 does not deduct or remit any taxes on behalf of users.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, the parties may refer the matter to the relevant arbitration body or regulator under ibc003's licensing jurisdiction.

ibc003 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a notice on the website no less than 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of legal emergency.
